There are several ways to order publications from CGS.

• Click on the Order Form  link, print the form, fill it out, and send it to one of the addresses above or the one on the form (see below).

• Fax the order form to: (916) 324-5644

• Call in your order, using your credit card, to: (916) 445-6199. We accept  MasterCard, Visa & American Express.

For International orders:

All non-U.S. orders must be paid with a credit card or an international money order or draft payable on/against a United States bank. Rolled GDM Series maps cannot be mailed to foreign destinations due to U.S. Postal restrictions on tube length. All prices include sales tax, but not shipping and handling, and are subject to change without notice. Allow 3 weeks for delivery.
